We hope that you’ve found this site comprehensive and persuasive, and that the information provided has enabled you to make an informed decision about your application. Before you apply, please ensure you have read the role profile and person specification in detail.

For a confidential, informal conversation, please contact Robert Muncaster or Natasha Roberts at Cadence Partners on +44 20 7947 4960 or email soundandmusic@cadencepartners.co.uk If you require the candidate materials in an alternative format, please request it in your initial contact.

We recognise that many people have faced barriers to opportunity and experience due to racism, being disabled and/or neurodiverse or for socio-economic reasons. If you would like to discuss adjustments which would enable you to make an application, please contact our advisers at Cadence Partners: soundandmusic@cadencepartners.co.uk

Cadence Partners are using Applied, a new application platform developed by the Behavioural Insights Team, to record your application. Applied is focused on using behavioural and data science to improve hiring decisions and minimise unconscious bias in the recruitment process. You will be asked to respond to three questions which will allow you to express your match against the person specification. Your answer to each question will be viewed in isolation, and reviewed against the job specification. Please therefore ensure there is enough evidence and detail in each individual response, without any reference to your other answers.

NB: Whilst we do also ask for your CV, please note that we will not be viewing your CV during the initial sift process, so it is therefore essential that you respond to each question fully.
